3. No Guarantee of Security Outcomes

While we make every effort to provide trained and professional security personnel, we do not guarantee that our services will prevent all security incidents, losses, theft, or damages. Security outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control. The client acknowledges that security is a deterrent service and not an absolute guarantee against all risks.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their security requirements
• Ensure a safe working environment for our security personnel
• Provide necessary access, equipment, and instructions as needed
• Inform us of any specific risks or concerns at the service location
• Not assign our personnel to duties outside the agreed scope of work

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, rates, and billing cycles shall be agreed upon separately between and the client before commencement of services. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of services without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, theft, or damage to property at the client's premises
• Any injury, accident, or harm caused by third parties
• Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or profits arising from security incidents

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total service charges paid by the client for the month in which the incident occurred.

7. Force Majeure

shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government actions, pandemic situations, or any other force majeure events.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing a written notice period as agreed in the service contract. reserves the right to immediately terminate services if:

• The client fails to make payments as agreed
• The client creates unsafe conditions for our personnel
• The client breaches any terms of the service agreement

9. Personnel Deployment

We reserve the right to deploy, transfer, or replace security personnel assigned to a client as needed for operational reasons. We ensure all deployed personnel meet our training and discipline standards. If a client has a concern about a specific guard, we will address it and arrange a replacement if necessary.

10. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality regarding client premises, operations, and sensitive information. Our security personnel are instructed to keep all client information private. However, we are not liable for information that becomes public through no fault of our personnel.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
